A recently completed project by Ben Ledbetter (MArch ’84) has won first place in the Connecticut Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Awards for 2011. Highwood Square is an affordable artists’ housing complex in Hamden, CT facing a “rails to trails” park. The varying types of 27 units are flexible live/work space.
