This month, Black Dog Publishing, London will publish a new book by Krzysztof Wodiczko titled The Abolition of War, an insight into the working practice of Wodiczko and the political and social concepts infused in his work. With an extended essay by Wodiczko as the starting point for discussions on war and war-related history and memory, texts from theorists and critics in the field support a parallel forum.
In March 2012, Wodiczko was awarded the “Feed the World with More Art” 2012 award for “his lifelong inspiring and life-changing work” in New York City.
