Risk and resilience: new MDesS concentration featured on WBUR.com

Following the devastation of Hurricane Sandy, Renée Loth reflects on the manmade elements in natural disasters and the human ingenuity that can mitigate their effects. She highlights the GSD’s new MDesS concentration Risk and Resilience, designed to address “the inevitability of unpredictable shocks to the built and natural environment..[and] develop the tools to effectively prepare, cope and manage rapid change.”
