Accessibility Services at Public Programs
Harvard University welcomes individuals with disabilities to participate in its programs and activities. If you would like to request accommodations or have questions about the physical access provided, please contact [email protected] or submit the form at the bottom of this page in advance of your participation or visit. Requests for Sign Language interpreters should be made at least two weeks in advance, if possible. Please note that the university will make every effort to secure services, but that services are subject to availability.
All public programs that are livestreamed to the GSD website include live captioning by Caption First.
CART services are available for in-person programs. If you have questions about this, please submit the form at the bottom of this page to connect with a staff member before a given program.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices are available for use during our public programs. We recommend that you reach out in advance of your arrival for a given program using [email protected], so that we can prepare the device for you.
All public programs at the GSD are recorded. With permission from the guest lecturers, recorded programs will be posted to the Harvard GSD YouTube channel and the event page on the GSD website within two weeks after the event has occurred. Recorded programs feature captions and verbal description by 3Play Media. Transcripts of event recordings that have been publicly released are available upon request.
