Description:
Course will focus on improvisational theatre, scene analysis and integrating the process of method acting and improvisation to operate in different artistic disciplines. Students will gain familiarity with improvisation and the process of developing new improvisational approaches both in abstract exercises and those developed specifically from scene studies. Philosophy of the theatre and art will also be explored during brief lectures at the beginning of class.
