Why Latin America, Why Now?

Round table discussion on editorial and curatorial processes with William Saunders, editor of the Harvard Design Magazine and Florencia Rodriguez, editor of Plot Magazine (Argentina) moderated by Ana Maria Duran Calisto, former Loeb Fellow. The discussion will revolve around the growing interest in Latin America as a conversation between an internal  Latin American publication and the most recent issue of the Harvard design Magazine under the title “Architectures of Latin America”.  Both publications will present the concepts that drive their issues from their “inside” and “outside” visions of contemporary architecture in Latin America seeking to identify its specific qualities without falling into regional stereotypes.
