Post-1995 Official Transcripts
In order to provide a more convenient transcript ordering process to our students and alumni, we have partnered with Credentials Inc. to assist us in handling our transcript requests. Requests for official transcripts, including those with supplemental attachments, should be placed online through the GSD Online Order Form.
You may upload any required attachments as part of the online order process. To include a Letter of Enrollment or other documentation completed by the Office of the Registrar with your transcript, please fill out and sign a Letter Request Form prior to requesting a transcript. These documents will be provided directly to the student or alumni and can be attached as part of the online transcript ordering process.
This online service is available 24 hours/day 365 days/year. If you need help with or have questions regarding ordering a transcript, operators are available from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Central Standard Time Monday thru Thursday and 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time Friday at 1-847-716-3005.
Pre-1995 Official Transcripts
If you graduated before 1995, please email the Office of the Registrar directly as pre-1995 transcripts are archived and are processed once a month.
Current students can download a copy from my.Harvard. All Alumni should request an official transcript by following the appropriate instructions above.
Letter of Enrollment
In order to request a Letter of Enrollment, please fill out and sign the Letter Request Form.
Notarization & Apostille
Notarization and Apostille are occurring on a limited schedule. Please email the Office of the Registrar for detailed instructions.
