Advanced Real Estate Finance, Development, and Management

This course takes up where SES 5204: Real Estate Finance, Development, and Management left off, examining advanced methods for thinking about real estate finance, development, and management, including deal structures, portfolio structuring, asset management, capital markets, and market cycle timing for all major product types including residential, office, retail, and industrial properties. The use of sophisticated financial models for real estate decision-making is an important part of the course.

Enrollment in this course is limited to students in the Master in Real Estate Program at the GSD.
